Hallo
Habe meinen Samba soweit konfiguriert das ich mit der Eingabe von Name und Kennwort vom Win XP Rechner in das Users-Verzeichnis auf Suse Linux komme...
Richte ich mir über die KDE Samba Einstellungen eine neue Freigabe mit exakt den selben Werten wie bei "users" ein, komm ich da nicht drauf und Windows zeigt mir Fehlermeldung vonwegen keine Rechte.....es kommt auch keine Benutzerabfrage.
Gibt es da vielleicht noch etwas zu beachten was ich übersehen habe??

mittlerweile komme ich auf gar keine Freigabe mehr bis auf die Freigabe speziell für jeden User, die automatisch vom Samba erstellt wird.... hier mal die cnf zur besseren Fehlersuche
