SATA Treiber Prob.?

Moin moin, musste leider mein board wechseln da es ein problem durch überspannung gab und mein altes ( Asus M2N SLI Delux) den geist aufgegeben hat
Deswegen und weil es das Board nicht mehr gibt (jedenfalls nicht gefunden)
Musste ich leider auf ein K9N Neo V2 zurückgreifen.
Hat scheinbar auch nvidia chipset für sata, allerdings bekomm ich beim booten jetzt immer die fehlermeldung "block device /dev/sda3 is not a valid root device"
Allem anschein nach liegt es am falschen kernel, allerdings hab ich schon alle nvidia drivers für sata fest eingebaut und dennoch besteht das prob. weiterhin.

Hat jemand ne Idee woran es liegen könnte?

Bin momentan etwas ratlos welcher kerneldriver da rein muss und wäre über ideen usw. dankbar.

Hallo,

ist die Fehlermeldung eine Kernel panic oder sagt das der Bootmanager? Wenn du deinen Kernel selbst zusammen gestellt hast, und glaubst, dass es daran liegt, wäre es vielleicht nicht schlecht, die .config des Kernels zu präsentieren
Dumme Frage, aber die Festplatte ist auch als sda angeschlossen?

Hast du eine oder mehrere HDDs, bei mehreren kann der Grub beim boot auch Probleme machen.
