Servus Gemeinde,
auf Grund neuer Platten nutzte ich die Gunst der Stunde um openSUSE 10.3 zu installieren. Auf meinem Rechner lief bisher 10.2
Die Installation verlief mit maxcpus=0 und pci=noacpi einwandfrei, nur DSL will einfach nicht! Bei Suse10.2 funzte alles bei identischer Konfiguration quasi von alleine. Nachdem Kinternet keine Verbindung aufbauen wollte, schaute ich erstmal, was eigentlich alles da ist:

Die ganzen Nullen bei den Paketen gefielen mir nicht, daher versuchte ich es mit dem guten alten Neustart (komme eben doch aus der Windows-Welt )

Und das sah bei 10.2 def. anders aus, die IP Adresse muss doch ziemlich zügig da sein, oder? An der ganzen Hardware etc. hatte ich ganz sicher nichts geändert. Jetzt stocherte ich noch ein wenig im Nebel:
~ # ifstatus-dhcp eth0
eth0 dhcpcd is still waiting for data
...irgendwie hatte ich das befürchtet... und der Vollständigkeit wegen noch:

...was aber für mich vollkommen in Ordnung aussieht. Das Kinternet Protokoll gibt mir auch keinen guten Hinweis, was ich als nächsts tun sollte:

Ich bin vollkommen ratlos, wie ich hier weitermachen sollte und insbesondere die Kommunikation zwischen DHCP und meiner eth0 herstellen kann. Für Eure Tips und Hilfen bin ich wie immer schon jetzt sehr dankbar!
