Kann Windows *Auf Rüge wartend* den Stick lesen?
Wenn ja Daten sichern und (vollständig ) formatieren.
Wenn nein, versuchen zu formatieren.....
==> evenuell ist er ja defekt?
Prüfen, ob es in *nix wieder klappt.

Normalerweise kann man die Warnung ignorieren (bezieht sich eher auf HD's) bzw. ein Ab- und Anstecken des Sticks sollte reichten ...
Anschließen kannste mit mkfs.irgendwas das Teil formatieren ...
