USB Device not accepting new address....

Hi Leute!

Hab Knoppix 3.2 auf der Festplatte installiert.

Doch leider läuft meine USB Maus (Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical) nicht.

Es kommt folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich die Maus anschließe:
usb.c: USB device not accepting new adress=34 (error=-110)

Alle erforderlichen Module wurden in den Kernel geladen.
Das System: VIA KT333, XP1800, .....

Hab mich schon in diversen Quellen umgesehen, jedoch blieb das Problem meist unbeantwortet

Helft mir PLZ!

Hängt dieMaus vieleicht an einem USB-Hib oder sowas?
Versuch mal einen anderen usb-slot
Alternativ mal einen neueren Kernel verwenden...

Hmm ich hätte ein ähnliches Problem mal mit nem USB-Stick und mit einer USB-HDD ...

Jedesmal half bei mir ein reboot bzw ein neustart des USB Hotplug ...

USB filesystem

Hallo, schau mal nach, ob das usb filesystem installiert ist. Du kannst alle usb Packete installiert haben, aber es muß auch das zugehörige filesystem installiert sein.

Das hatt eigentlich nichts damit zu tun ... aber probieren kann er es !
(BTW - ich hatte es im Kernel und trotzdem dieses Problem !!!)
