Does someone know how to solve this issue?

Backup you data and buy a new harddisk. Your disk has a problem with surface and/or read/write heads, no tool can repair this.

Hi there.

A SMART-Error issn't good.

It looks like your harddisk will break or is broken.
Maybe only few sectors are/will be damaged, but probably the whole disk will stop working soon.

Anyway:
- "BACKUP NOW!"
- buy a new one
- and give your hdd it's (deserved) last peace...
