root@workstation2:/usr/src/gimp-2.3.1#

kernelversion 2.4.26
slackware 9.1

was das heißt, is mir eigentlich klar, ich hab eine veraltete glib version (v 2.0)
laut ausgabe von ldconfig -p
Code:
root@workstation2:/usr/src/gimp-2.3.1# ldconfig -p | grep glib
        libglib.so (libc6) => /usr/lib/libglib.so
        libglib-2.0.so.0 (libc6) => /usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0
        libglib-2.0.so.0 (libc6) => /usr/local/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0
        libglib-2.0.so (libc6) => /usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so
        libglib-2.0.so (libc6) => /usr/local/lib/libglib-2.0.so
        libglib-1.2.so.0 (libc6) => /usr/lib/libglib-1.2.so.0
        libarts_mpeglib.so (libc6) => /opt/kde/lib/libarts_mpeglib.so
        libarts_mpeglib-0.3.0.so.0 (libc6) => /opt/kde/lib/libarts_mpeglib-0.3.0.so.0
root@workstation2:/usr/src/gimp-2.3.1#
ich habe nun mir die aktuellste version von glib heruntergeladen und auch erfolgreich mit ./configure && make && make install übersetzt, dennoch erhalte ich die gleiche fehlerausgabe bei ./configure von gimp !!!
selbstverstandlich habe ich die ld datenbank mit ldconfig und der /etc/ld.so.conf upgedatet ... leider ohne erfolg :/
die /etc/ld.so.conf schaut so aus:
Code:
root@workstation2:/usr/src/gimp-2.3.1# cat /etc/ld.so.conf
/usr/local/lib
/usr/X11R6/lib
/usr/i486-slackware-linux/lib
/opt/kde/lib
/usr/lib/qt/lib

/usr/src/glib-2.6.4
/usr/local
root@workstation2:/usr/src/gimp-2.3.1#

also was muss ich mahcen, damit die neuste version von glib (2.6.4) im /usr/local ordner is und von dem configure des gimp´s erkannt wird ?

Kleiner Tipp - schau dir mal ./configure --help an :)

Dort kannst du bestimmte Pfade zu den Libs angeben ...

ok, jetz weis ich, dass man mit ./configure --prefix=PFAD auch z.b. die library nach $PFAD schieben kann ^^, leider ändert das nix ... ausßer, das ich die /etc/ls.so.conf ändern muss
Code:
root@workstation2:/usr/src/glib-2.6.4# cat /etc/ld.so.conf
/usr/local/lib
/usr/X11R6/lib
/usr/i486-slackware-linux/lib
/opt/kde/lib
/usr/lib/qt/lib
/usr/src/glib-2.6.4
/usr/local
root@workstation2:/usr/src/glib-2.6.4#
root@workstation2:/usr/src/glib-2.6.4#
ich mein das configure rafft´s trozdem nicht, dass ich nun die neuste version drauf hab ... :/
./configure --exec-prefix=/usr/local , damit würde ich den plattform abhängigen teil (den teil den ich brauch) nach usr/local installieren, muss ich die alte glib version löschen ?
wenn ja wie mach ich das ?
ode rmuss ich was anderes machen ?

./configure --disable-glibtest
erzeugt trotzdem die gleiche fehler ausgabe .... was soll dann die option ????
mein gott .... was mach ich denn falsch ... :/

Ich hatte das selbe Problem mit mplayer
Überprüfe mal ob configure folgende Option bietet:

./configure --help | grep glib
--with-glib-config=PATH path to glib*-config (e.g. /opt/bin/glib-config)

bye
