php mit SuSE 10

Sehr geherte Herren und Damen - und Freunde,

Ich habe meine instalation von Apache2 gelöscht und reinstalliert und nun Apache2 operiert ganz normal.

Mit SuSE 9,3 ging es ziemlich einfach. Da habe Ich apache benutzt um ein wenig die php Sprache zu lernen. Ich möchte gerne das auch mit SuSE 10 tun. Leider, nach installierung der php Pakete, wenn Ich versuche einen php Beispiel anschauen, mein Konqueror fragt mit welche program das man öfnen sollte. In SuSE 9,3 Konqueror hatte daß einfach als php program benützt.

Was soll Ich tun?

Sie haben natürlich bemerkt das meinKäntniss der Deutsche Sprache ist sehr gering. Eigentlcih, mir wäre es einfacher English schreiben. Wenn Sie antworten, Ich bitte Sie enweder Deutsch oder English schreiben.

I have installed apache2 "out of the box", just as it is supplied by Novell-SuSE10, using DVD as the installation source. It is a "clean install" on a separate hdd partition. The earlier (and much loved) SuSE 9.3 is on another partition of the same hdd. I have not changed or edited the configuration files at all. The following is a copy of the console dialog, following your suggestion:

I have not looked up this link yet , but I will do so as soon as I have my breakfast - I hear my spouse of 57 years shouting - "where is my morning porridge?". I will read it as soon as I can - many thanks for pointing me in that direction.

You should check that the PHP4 Module is loaded in the apache config (not sure - but there should a config in /etc/conf.d/apache ...)
