Nicht unbedingt.
Bis (einschließlich?) Nvidia2...-Karten werden die Legacytreiber benötigt - hier ist der aktuelle in Version 1.0-7184.

gibt es eine möglichkeit sich den zu saugen, wenn man hinter einer firewall steckt, die die nvidia-site blockt? 8o (ja, soetwas soll es geben ^^)
