Nach Update - Gnome zerschossen

Moin Leute,
habe gerade mein U7.10 auf 8.04 upgedatet. Nur sind meine Fensterrahmen weg und alle Icons auf dem Desktop. Und das NUR nahc einem Update. Wie komme ich wieder zurück zu 7.10 oder hat jemand ne Idea zum Fixen???? Brauche echt hilfe!

Naja,

da fehlen noch etliche Infos von deiner Seite.....

- Compiz-Fusion oder Ähnliches am Laufen?
- Was steht in der ~/.xsession-errors?
- Update sauber durchgelaufen?

Hinzu kommt nach der Anmeldung, dass er ungefähr 10 mal ein Fenster (Dateimanager) aufmacht und wieder zumacht. DesktopIcons sind auch kurz zu sehen. Danach ist alles Tot. Kein Fenster KEIN Icons. Gibt es eine Datei von .Gnome wo die Startobjekte liegen???

Alles was mit 3D zutun hat habe ich gerade deak. und siehe da - Fensterrahmen sind zumindest wieder da! Wenigstens das!!!
