nach ati treiber kein SaX2 mehr

hallo an alle
Ich habe openSuse10.2
und habe ATI Radeon 9200
wenn ich die treiber davon instliere
habe ich kein SaX2 mehr und kein KDE mehr
aber mach ich sax2 -i geht geht das dann habe ich auch KDE wieder
aber wenn ich wieder die ati treiber neme geht das nicht
bitte um hilfe

Also bei den ATI Treibern ist das genau so wie mit den Nvidia treiber. Sax kann nach dem installieren nicht mehr genuzt werden. denke es wird einfach ein Fehler deiner Xorg.conf sein. Poste diese mal hier.

Könntest du den Fehler etwas genauer beschreiben? “habe ich kein SaX2 mehr und kein KDE mehr” ist nicht wirklich aussagekräftig ;-)

Versuch mal "sax2 -i", um den Treiber nicht mehr zu benutzen und danach "sax2 -r -m 0=fglrx" im Graphikmodus in einer Konsole als root zu starten, so ging es bei mir.
