Hallo Ihr Wissenden !

Ich bin eine blutige Anfängerin in Punkto Linux und bitte desshalb hier um eure Hilfe.
Ich habe eine Festplatte auf der sich mehrere Partitionen befinden, die drei für Linux benötigten und eine Windows-Partition, die Windows-Partition habe ich vor kurzem Formatiert und neu bespielt und seid dem hat sich der Linux-Boot wesentlich verändert.
( Ich hänge im Anschluß die Log-Files an )
Ich bilde mir auch ein das vor der Formatierung ein paar Linuxordner auf meiner Win-Partition waren, kann denn das überhaupt sein ? Das wäre auch die einzige Erklärung warum durch eine Formatierung der Win-Partition, die Linux-Partitionen Schaden nehmen können. ( Alles Spekulationen eines Laien )

Dann besteht seid geraumer Zeit das Problem das sich die Distri "aufhängt" wenn ich das System runterfahren oder neu-starten will. Das geschieht aber nicht immer, allerdings in letzter Zeit, seid der besagten Formatierung fast regelmässig.

Ich weiß das Ihr einem immer ( nicht ohne Grund ) ratet erstmal Google oder die SuFu zu bemühen, da ich das Problem aber nicht wirjlich benennen kann ist es schwer nach Lösungen zu suchen. Also ich setze all meine Hoffnungen in euch.

Ach ja ich hab inzwischen zweimal versucht über die Installations-DVD das System zu reparieren, beide male wurde der Vorgang mit der Meldung "Es wurde ein Fehler festgestellt" abgebrochen. Allerdings wurde auch eines immer als "Problematisch" dargestellt, nämlich das /dev/hda1 nicht eingebunden werden konnte.

...erscheinen diese Meldungen bei jedem reboot? Von diesen Meldungen abgesehen: inwiefern unterscheiden sich die jetzigen boot-logs von Deinen bisherigen? Sieht doch eigentlich ganz okay aus (bis auf diese 'replayed transactions' natürlich).
 
Nein also diese Trans replayed - Vorgänge sind nur dann da, wenn ich den Rechner via Resetknopf neustarten mußte weil er im runterfahren stehen-geblieben ist....
Also sind wohl diese " hänger " das Hauptproblem .

Wie kann ich denn herausfinden woran das liegt und wieso ist es nur manchmal, ichhab ja zwischen dem einen Reboot und dem anderen am System nichts geändert.

Und zu der Frage was sich noch verändert hat, ich glaube ( ich kann mich auch täuschen) das die Zeilen im Bootvorgang seid der Formatierung mehr geworden sind als zuvor.

Auch wenn mich einige jetzt gerne killen würden:

1. Bei einem nicht korrekt bestimmbaren Problem würde ich, wenn der Rechner nicht ewig langsam ist und es dir nichts ausmacht, das System einfach komplett neu Einrichten.

Dazu machst zuerst deine Platte total platt (Google),
Installierst dann Windows,
und dann die neueste Suse-Linux Version.
Die Reihenfolge ist wichtig!

Damit hast du schonmal ein komplett sauberes System.

2. Nach einer Neuinstallation von Windows ist es meistens so, dass der MBR der Festplatte, also der Boot teil inclusive dem Bootloader GRUB nicht mehr korrekt arbeitet. In der Suse DVD sollte auch so etwas wie "Grub neu installieren" oder "MBR Fixen" sein.
Vieleicht das mal Probieren.

3. Grundsaetzlich legt Linux keine Daten an, wenn du ihm nicht sagst welche anzulegen. Hast du also keine Daten auf deiner WinPartition mit Linux angelegt, sind dort auch keine von Linux enthalten.

Wie gesagt nimm die neueste Version (10.2) (Es sei denn das Downloaden gestaltet sich schwierig) und das Problem sollte behoben sein.

P.S. Bei einer Distribution wie Gentoo würde ich nicht sofort eine Neuinstallation empfehlen da man eigendlich immer versuchen sollte ein Problem zu lösen.
Bei Windows und Suse darf man das aber denke ich schon da es schnell und einfach ist.

Mit welchem Dateisystem war Deine Win-Partion vor der Neuformatierung angelegt,
hast Du diese geändert?
Wenn dem so ist und Du das Dateisystem geändert hast wird beim Systemstart
nach einer Win-partion gesucht die nicht mehr da ist was den Bootvorgang
verlängert (würde auch erklären weshalb hda1 nicht eingebunden werden konnte).
 
@ Floh, die Neueinstellung des Grub-Loaders ist mir bekannt und das mach ich auch immer so das ich dann beim Neustart wählen kann welches System ich booten möchte.
Ich würd auch gerne noch versuchen den Fehler zu beheben, das System neu aufspielen kann ich ja im Zweifelsfall immernoch :)

@Vegeta Nein die Win-Partition war vorher NTFS und ist es jetzt auch, auch die größe hab ich nicht geändert.

Aber eben fällt mir ein das ich zwar schon vorher mal das Win neu-installiert habe, aber da immer die alten Daten überschrieben habe und diesmal habe ich aber die Partotion formatiert, vieleicht liegt es tatsächlich daran das die MBR neu geschrieben wurde.

Ich denke mir das das Hauptproblem das ich habe seid ich Linux habe ist, dass das System beim runterfahren manchmal stehenbleibt und ich dann einen Kaltstart machen muß.

Wo genau während des runterbootens bleibt er denn stehen?
 
@Kalle das ist verschieden mal ist es wie in meinem alten Thread erwähnt bei Linux-wxoc login_ , manchmal hab ich aber auch einen schwarzen Bildschirm mit einem weißen Courser am oberen linken Rand ( der nicht blinkt )

Das ist vielleicht ein Kernel-Bug. Der 2.6.16-Kernel hatte recht viele, darunter auch einige, die das Dateisystem betrafen. Du verwendest ja laut deiner Signatur Kernel 2.6.16.13, die letzte Bugfix-Version des 2.6.16-Kernels war aber 2.6.16.37. An deiner Stelle würde ich einfach ein Upgrade auf OpenSuse 10.2 durchführen, vielleicht klärt sich das Problem damit schon.
 
probleme beim runterfahren ergeben sich oft nach einem fehlerhaft installierten grafiktreiber, ich würde hier mal schauen
 
Was steht denn in /var/log/messages oder /var/log/warn?
