Mahl wieder Nvidia + Suse 9.1 + Kernel Quellen

Hi ich hatte das schonmahl das der Nvidiainstaller die Kernelquellen nicht findet alerdings finde ich den terat nicht wieder.

Die kernelquellen sind instalirt und auf den aktuellen stand.

Dann schau mal, wo deine include/kernel.h sich versteckt.

Da wo sie hingehört file:/usr/src/linux/include/linux

das problem ligt dadran das selbst wenn ich beim nvidia installer den pfadangebe das net klapt

In /lib/modules/ sollte sich in jedem Kernelversionsverzeichnis ein build-Link befinden, der auf den Source zeigt. Ist Konvention und wird entsprechend von den Installern gern genutzt. Der Ort fuer die kernel.h heist jetzt also

/lib/modules/`uname -r`/build/include/kernel.h

Heisst das Verzeichnis genau wie der Kernel? Mit den mandrake-Kerneln hatte ich da oefters mal Probleme, da hiessen die Verzeichnisse anders als der uname, daher kommt mir das bekannt vor. Zur allerschlimmsten Not setz Links in /lib/modules.
Ordentlicher waers natuerlich, Version und Subversion und so im Makefile ordentlich zu setzen...
Oder existiert das Verzeichnis unter dem vom Installer bemaengelten Namen? Dann kommen fast nur noch fehlende Zugriffsrechte in Frage...

So hab den fehler gefunden /lib/modules/buld hat auf /usr/src/2.6.101-default-osd gezeigt und nicht auf /usr/src/2.6.101-default
