Installaion von ICU (International Components for Unicode 2.6) geht nicht

Hallo

Ich habe soeben versucht ICU zu installieren. Wenn ich make aufrufe, stoppt er an einer bestimmten datei und ich weis nicht warum, hier die Error Log:
