cyrus-imapd kompilieren OpenSuSE 10.2

Gibt es einen Grund, der Dich daran hindert, daß src.rpm der Version für 10.2 "umzubauen" und im SPECfile die oben genannte Option zu aktivieren?

Oder alternativ diese hier zu verwenden?

Und das könnte nicht vielleicht damit zusammenhängen?

vorher die cyrus-sasl Pakete kompiliert und via update installiert.

Wer weiß, was Du da wohin installiert hast und ob das ohne ggf. nötige Patches überhaupt laufen kann.

Openssl möchte ich nicht Upgraden da System sonst instabil wird.

Ja genau. Wie man ja unschwer sieht, ist das System durch die ganzen anderen Hauruck-Aktionen eindeutig stabiler geworden.
