Erstmal HAllo und Frohe Weihanchten

Habe das Problem das die oben genannte NEtzwerkkarte nicht erkannt wird.

wenn ich ifconfig machen wir nur lo angezeigt.
ifconfig et0 up bringt auch kein Erfolg.

Die Treiber auch dlink.de sind nur für den 2.4 er Kernel.
Habe jetzt gelesen das die Karte einen Realtek RTL8169 Chipsatz hat.
Also die Treiber von der Karte geladen. Nur leider sind meine Linux Kentnisse nicht ganz so toll und ich schaffe es deshalb nciht die Treiber zu installieren.

  If you are running the target kernel, then you should be
  able to do :

	make clean modules	(as root or with sudo)
	make install
	depmod -a

Wenn ich jetzt "make install modules " in dem Ordner eingebe kommen viel Fehlermeldungen.
ICh bin mir auch nicht sicher ob ich die "requirements" erfülle.
Hat zufällig jemand die Karte und weiß wies einfacher geht?

Habe außerdem diesen Beitrag gefunden:
...In den Kernelmodulen bei 2.6.x findet sich das Modul r8169.ko. Testen schadet ja nicht, modprobe r8169 und voila, die Karten sind da :) Nun tuns auch meine Karten wie sie sollen...

Habe also nach dme Modul gesucht und es unter /lib/modules/.../drivers/net gefunden
Wenn ich dann aber "modprobe r8169.ko" eingebe kommt der Text
" Module r8169.ko not found "

Du darfst die Endung beim Laden des Moduls nicht mit angeben, also

Ah ok das wusste ich nicht.

Wenn ich jetzt den Befehl ausführe kommt keine Fehlermeldung mehr. Die Netzwerkkarte wird jedoch trotzdem nicht angezeigt.

Eine Idee ?

Also ich habe zur Zeit 2 Netzwerkkarten drin weil die eine ja nciht geht.

Eth0 funktioniert (100Mbit)
und die 1Gbit Karte wird nicht angezeigt.

Wenn ich ifconfig -a mache wird folgendes angezeigt :

eth0 ...

l0...

sit0 (IPv6 nach IPv4)...


Jedoch nichts von meiner zweiten KArte.
 
Kann ich überprüfen ob die Karte erkannt wird ?
Ich habe mir die Krte extra gekauft weil sie einen Linux unterstützung hatte, und jetzt das...
 
Du kannst mal einen Blick in die /var/log/messages werfen um zu sehen, ob es evtl. doch Probleme beim Laden des Moduls gibt.
 
Sehe dort nichts merkwürdiges.
Habe die datei neu angelegt nur die neue Netzwerkkarte reingesetzt(alte rausgenommen) und gebootet. Das wurde dann in der messages datei angezeigt:

Schau mal nach dem Booten per "lsmod" ob das Modul geladen ist. Wenn nicht, dann hol das mal wie obe nbeschrieben nach und schau in Syslog (/var/log/syslog), ob hierzu etwas protokolliert wurde.
An Deiner Stelle würde ich aber auch mal nach einem aktuelleren Kernel Ausschau halten ... denn möglicherweise wird zwar der Chip, aber nicht Deine spezielle Karte von Deinem 2.6.9er unterstützt ...
