CentOS 6 - Kernel crashes mit 2.6.32-573.*

Hallo zusammen,

nach den letzten beiden Kernel Updates auf kernel-2.6.32-573.1.1.el6 bzw. kernel-2.6.32-573.3.1.el6 bekomme ich mit diesen beim Booten fast sofort Kernel crashes.
Das System hängt sich dann auf und lässt sich nur noch über die Hardware zurücksetzen. Dabei blinken Caps- und Scroll-Lock.
Der letzte Kernel der einwandfrei funktioniert ist kernel-2.6.32-504.30.3.el6. Auch eine Neuinstallation der nicht-funktionierenden Kernel und zugehöriger Pakete brachte keinen Erfolg.
Die letzte Ausgabe seht ihr im Anhang. Was kann hier das Problem sein?

Welche Hardware verwendest Du denn? Der Screenshot ist vom neuen, "kaputten" Kernel? - in dem Fall würde ich mal testen, alles, was an den USB-Ports hängt mal abzuziehen.

Also einiges an Hardware habe ich oben ja schon gelistet.
Ich kann aber auch gerne einen kompletten hwinfo-dump nachreichen, wenn du das brauchst.
Da der USB-Treiber das letzt ist was geladen wird, hatte ich auch zuerst USB im Verdacht.
Ich habe aber auch beide defeḱte Kernel mit im BIOS deaktiviertem USB getestet (also konnte das System quasi gar keinen USB-Controller "sehen").
Das Problem bleibt bestehen.
Die Ausgabe des Bildschirms ist die von einem der defekten Kernel. Ich weis zwar nicht mehr von welchem, ist aber auch irrelevant, da die Ausgaben beider defekter Kernel exakt gleich endeten.

PS: USB Geräte waren aber so wie so zu keiner Zeit angeschlossen. Lediglich eine PS2-Tastatur, ein VGA Monitor und ein Ethernet Kabel.
Bei dem Gerät handelt es sich im Übrigen um einen ca. 4 Jahre alten Mehrzweck-Server.

Bist du dir sicher dass das schon der kernel ist, dracut war wenn ich mich recht entsinne initramfs oder?
Vielleicht mal versuchen das neu zu bauen?
Oder ist das der punkt wo das initramfs das ganze an den regulären kernel übergibt? (benutzt seit jahren kein initramfs mehr)
