Hi allerseits,

habe Probleme mit dem Programm Ardour.
Installation lief über YaST einwandfrei.
Folgende Quellen wurden benutzt:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/multimedia:/libs/openSUSE_11.4/
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/multimedia:/apps/openSUSE_11.4/

Klick aufs Icon bringt nichts ... :/
Fehlermeldung in der Konsole:

Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass du dich schonmal darum gekuemmert hast?

jup, bug report schreiben.

Sieht nach einem Fehler in Raptor aus, bzw. in der Verwendung der Lib.

Auch unter Ubuntu 11.04 spuckt mir Ardour einen segmentation fault aus, aber das scheint ein anderes Problem zu sein, denn gdb verraet mir dass es bei mir ein Problem in /usr/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0 ist. Aber es ist ein Hinweis dass das Paket allgemein wenig Liebe bekommt, es hat wohl nicht allzu viele User.

Google sagt dagegen nur dass es noch einen Mandriva User in Italien mit dem selben Problem gibt.

Ich glaube kaum dass es ein Memory Problem ist, das ist schliesslich nur eine allgemeine Warnung fuer den Gebrauch und die Fehlermeldung sagt nichts ueber Memory Probleme. Aber man kann natuerlich spasseshalber versuchen das Limit anzuheben. Was aber auch gar nicht so einfach ist wenn man nicht weiss wie's geht.
Unter Ubuntu bringt das Anheben des memlock Limits erwartungsgemaess nichts.

Ja, sehe ich genau so ....

Allerdings läuft es mit einer anderen Raptor-Version auch nicht besser :´(

Edit: Mit der 32 Bit Version von Raptor läuft es .... =)
