NForce Problem!

Hi!
Also ich habe soeben eine Debian Netinstall gemacht, habe aber das Problem, dass die Sound und Netzwerkkarte nicht geht.

Also ich habe ein NForce Chipset und habe die Orginal Nvidia Treiber, Alsa und Oss installiert. Ich weis aber nicht warum es nicht funktioniert:

SO das Grafikarten problem ist gelöst. Aber der NForce Chip funktioniert nocht nicht!
 
Nee ist eine alte Dlink Karte, die ich brauche, bis meine Norce wieder geht, um ins Internet zu kommen.
 
Poste mal bitte ein "lscpi" ... es gibt nforce-net Treiber für die Karte ...
 
Denn NForce net driver hab ich, aber mir geht es hauptsächlich um den Sound.

bau dir doch mal einen kernel in dem die ganzen treiber und so fest drin sind und fertig :)

Die Treiber werden ja geladen, aber funktionieren irgendwie nicht. Warum sollte ich sie denn einkompilieren?
 
Ich hatte in den ltzten Tagen auch mit der Soundkarte in meinem neuen PC zu kämpfen. Dabei habe ich folgendes gelernt:
Nvidia Grakatreiber: ja!
Nforce Treiber für Netzwerk und Sound: Pfoten weg!
Sowohl Netzwer als auch Sound laufen bei mir (habe den Sound vor 5 Minuten hinbekommen:]) ohne Probleme.

Als Infos hätte ich gerne deine modprobe.conf ein lsmod und scmeiss erstmal die Netzwerk und Soundtreiber von nvidia unter. Und Probier auch mal aus die Karte mit alsaconf zu konfigurieren.

Ich hab die "PCI-Adressen":

in den Alsa Source "reingebaut". So das Problem ist nun: Anwendungen wie xmms funktionieren, das KDE nimmt Alsa auch, wenn ich in der Sound Config (siehe Screenshot) den Sound teste, aber halt nur in der Sound Config und nicht beim CD-Abspielen etc.. Was muss ich da noch einstellen?

Was ist "acc"?

Naja, wenn ich die System Sounds mit aplay abspiele funktioniert es, bloß die KDE (arts) selber funktioniert leider nicht!
 
Is there no solution? Achso Noatum scheint auch zu funkrionieren. Hat arts irgendwelche Log-Files?
 
Also den normalen 2 Kanal Sound habe ich sowohl mit den NV wie auch mit den im Kernel integrierten Treibern schon so halbwegs ans laufen bekommen, aber 5 Kanal wollte bei mir nie. Außerdem lief der onboard sound total "stotterig". Habs aufgegeben und warte auf das nächste Treiber release von nvidia :-/
