Du verwendest ja Grub von SuSE, oder? Bei RedHat sieht es etwas anders aus - ich glaube die Bezeichnug in der Klammer(hd1,5) fällt weg.
Derzeit boote ich aber alles mit LILO, falls Du die /etc/lilo.conf brauchst:
