3D Unterstützung für Grafikkarte...

Hi, also ich habe einen schon etwas älteren Laptop mit Suse 10.2.
Das System hat meine Onboard Karte, eine SIS 650; zwar einwandfrei erkannt, habe jedoch keine 3D Unterstützung, noch läuft sie so gut wie unter Windows...
Damit kann man zwar 3D-mäßig nicht viel hermachen, aber wenn selbst die Linux-Minispiele stocken, mache ich mir da schon Gedanken... selbst das Scrollen läuft nicht flüssig...
Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen, habe leider keinen passenden Treiber gefunden, bin Linux Neuling und langsam am Verzweifeln...

Du verwendest schon den Driver "sis" - mir ist kein opensource "3D Treiber" für diese Karte ausser dem sis bekannt.

Da die 3D Leistung gegen Null geht, würde ich mir da keine weiteren Gedanken machen.

Da du das Ruckeln beim Scrollen anspricht, würde ich mal versuchen den Treiber auf vesa zu stellen ...
 
Was heißt auf vesa umstellen?
Wie mache ich das???
