ich wollte net-mail/courier-imap emergen (Version 4.0.4).
Leider bekomme hierbei eine Felermeldung.
ERROR: net-libs/courier-authlib-0.58 failed.

Derzeit ist die Version 3.0.8 drauf.

Das reicht nicht als Fehlermeldung.Poste bitte mindestens 20 Zeilen davor von den Kompilerausgaben.

Ja das ist etwas dürftig. Schreibe ein paar Infos mehr dazu. Ein 'emerge --info' wäre auch nicht schlecht. Ist dein System gepflegt? Hast Du beim Compilieren auch immer die Abhängigkeiten mit übersetzt? (emerge -avD world) Wurden die Konfigurationsdateien mit aktualisiert? (etc-update) Betreibst Du das System schon länger? Dann sollten hin und wieder revdep-ebuild ausgeführt werden, um broken links zu eleminieren. Wurde vorher viel kompiliert? (env-update && source /etc/profile)

Hallo,

hier das emerge --info:
env-update && source /etc/profile habe ich ausgeführt.
Wollte es allerdings mit dem profil 2006.1/server machen, da bekomme ich zudem noch einen Abhängigkeitsfehler von dev-java/java-config. Habe es dann wieder auf das älter Profil 2006.0 gestellt.

Hallo,

erstmal vielen Dank für die Antwort.
Laut dem Artikel liegt es wohl daran, dass pam-login sich nicht mit der shadow verträgt.
Also habe ich folgendes ausgeführt.

emerge -C pam-login && emerge -u shadow

Das ging dann auch so weit gut, bis ich einen Neustart gemacht habe. Anschließend konnte ich mich nicht mehr einloggen.
Was mach ich da falsch?
Wie kann ich gewährleisten, wenn ich pam-login deinstalliere, dass ich mich trotzdem wieder einloggen kann?
