Volum Festplatten Problem

Hallo ich habe hier ein Problem unter hp Unix 11.0. Vielleicht hat mir ja jemand ne Idee wie ich das Problem beheben kann.

Als der Rechner damals installiert wurde war nur eine Festplatte installiert. Nach der Installtion hat man versucht eine Spiegelung der Festplatte einzurichten, sprich, man hat noch eine zweite Festplatte eingebaut. Natürlich hat das alles nicht funktioniert und nun habe ich das Problem, dass die zweite Festplatte irgendwie im System hängt und ich sie nicht mehr rauslöschen kann.

Wenn ich mir die Volumegroup vg00 anschaue sehe ich, dass die einzelnen Partitionen anscheinend gespiegelt sind. (no of Mirrors =1). In der Volume Group ist aber unter Disks (Sam) nur die eine, Orginalfestplatte eingetragen.

Wenn ich mir aber die Gesamtübersicht anschaue tauchen in der Volume Group 2 Physical Volumes auf!!!!!

Unter Disk Devices werden jedoch beide Festplatten angezeigt. Die nicht Orginale ist nicht als volume group mitglied eingetragen, die Orginale jedoch ist in der vg00.

Wenn ich jetzt z.B. ein Image mit Ignite machen möchte, kommt es zu einer Fehlermeldung, wenn er die Konfig auf das Band schreiben möchte kommt eine Meldung, dass er nicht auf die Spiegelplatte zugreifen kann.

Kennt sich da jemand sehr gut aus und kann mir sagen wie so etwas zustande kommen kann oder eve. auch ne Idee wie ich das geradebiegen kann? Habe auch mal versucht die Mirrorfestplatte auszubauen und das System zu starten. Hat funktioniert, der Rechner läuft auch nur mit der Orginal Festplatte, vielen Dank!

Du weißt, das Du das Produkt MirrorDisk brauchst?
Selbst wenn du das hast ( swlist -l product | grep -i disk ), speigelt MirrorDisk nur lvol's, keine PV's.

Mal "ansicht aktualisieren" probiert? Ich arbeite oft nur mit Kommandozeile.

Hi, also die Mirrorsoftware habe ich damals mitgekauft. Und gebootet usw. habe ich auch schon ohne Erfolg.

Beispiel aus der Manapge

Remove mirror copies of logical extents of a logical volume from the physical volume /dev/dsk/c1t0d0:

Hallo Jens sorry hab erst jetzt deine Antwort gesehen. Im moment kann ich das noch nicht testen. Ist ne sehr wichtige Maschine da darf auf keinen fall was schieflaufen, ich muss erst mal schaun, dass ich ein funktionierenedes Image auf einer anderen Festplatte habe. Jedoch bricht mir Ignite ab mit einer Meldung, dass er nicht auf die Spiegelfestplatte zugreifen kann wenn er die Konfig aufs Band schreiben will. Also bin ich noch auf der Suche wie ich am besten ein Backup machen kann.....
