schnelle ubuntu spiegel für apt

Kennt jemand schnelle AMD64 Ubuntu spiegel für Apt ?
Die Standartserver gurken bei mir mit einem tempo rum das die geschwindigkeit in b/s angegeben wird.

das ist ned ganz so lustig wenn man kde installieren will und sich überlegt , nehm ich apt , oder dpkg von hand.

Würde mich mal interessieren, was Ihr so für Quellen benutzt.
