ProFTPd. Startschwirigkeiten des Servers

Hi Leute

hab grad proFTPd und gproFTPd installed und wollte nach dem Starten des Servers auch Online gehen doch da hat er was dagegen. Zuerst findet er die logfile nicht...


- error: unable to stat() /var/lib/log: No such file or directory
- Fatal: SystemLog: unable to redirect logging to '/var/lib/log/secure': No such file or directory on line 32 of '/etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf'


Geh ich hin und komentiere das in der conf aus und möchte dann noch mal den ftp starten kommt folgendes:


- getaddrinfo 'menzoberranzan' error: Name or service not known

Wo ist da der Fehler, weiß mir da grad mal einer was? Hab schon die Faq von denen durchgelesen aber auf sowas spezielles wurde da leider nicht eingegangen.

EDIT: in /etc/hosts den locolhost auf den umstellen den ihr in /etc/conf.d/hostname eingetragen habt und schon gehts *freu*
