Ntfs Wtf?

Hi@all

ich hab die Suchfunktion bereits schon benutzt allerdings wurde nie auf das problem direkt eingegangen

mein problem ist folgendes :

Ich muss auf meine Ntfs partition etwas schreiben allerdings bringt die option -o rw beim mounten rein gar nichts , der schreibsupport ist im kernel aktiviert .

hab der 2.6.3er kernel

Im 2.6er Kernel ist nur ÜBERschreib-Support drin. Dazu müssen die Dateien auch die gleiche Größe haben.

Captive ist im Moment die einzige Möglichekit, auf NTFS-Platten zu schreiben.

ich habs mit captive ausprobiert allerdins findet er die ntoskrnl.exe und die ntfs.sys nicht , obwohl ich sie im var/lib/captive verzeichnis gelegt habe

kann es sein dass die dlls nicht laufen weil sie von windows 2000 sind ? wo bekomme ich dann die xp dlls her ?

aber nun hab ich ein problem bei der installation von captive:

Gute Frage - warum "Killed" ?! Eine Benutzereingabe war das jedenfalls nicht!
Ich werde das "n" heut abend gleich mal ausprobieren und dann weiter berichten.

...da sind waren wir ja richtig - die entsprechenden Dateien werden gesaugt Hoffentlich klappts jetzt mit der weiteren installation auch noch so fein!

Hallo zusammen,

beim Löschen von Dateien von meiner NTFS Platte gibt es noch Probleme:

Mit "rm -R bla" wollte ich einige Ordner ins Nirvana reissen. Es dauert zwar etwas länger aber es schien zu funktionieren und die Dateien waren weg. Dachte ich zumindest, denn kurzer Hand sind mysteriöserweise einige der gelöschten Dateien wieder da gewesen!

Hast du das FS auch per mount -t captive-ntfs -o rw /dev/hdX /bla gemountet?

Nein, mit dieser Syntax nicht. Denn nach der installation von Captive wird die Fstab mit Einträgen für jede NTFS Platte erweitert. Die alten Einträge habe ich auskommentiert und die neu hinzugekommenen insofern angepasst, dass die Pfade zu den Mountpoints korrekt sind. Anschliessend habe ich das FS mit "mount bla" eingebunden. Die Platten sind meines Wissens mit rw in der mtab aufstellt!
