Installation von ATI-Treiber schlägt fehl (DRI)

Hallo,

ich habe eine ATI Rage 128 PRO und openSUSE 10.2. Da es nirgens einen offiziellen Treiber für die Karte gibt und die Treiber von openSUSE mehr als schlechte Grafikleistung bringen, habe ich die Treiber von DRI geladen: http://dri.freedesktop.org/wiki/Download ( http://dri.freedesktop.org/snapshots/rage128-20060403-linux.i386.tar.bz2 )

Beim Installieren erhalte ich aber folgende Fehlermeldung (dri.log):

Die wichtigste Zeile scheint wohl /home/sebastian/Desktop/rage128-20060403-linux.i386/drm/linux-core/ati_pcigart.c:87: error: ‘struct page’ has no member named ‘count’ zu sein. Google bringt nicht viel, nur, dass andere mit andere Hardware ebenfalls das Problem haben.

Kann da jemand helfen?

Nein, der aktuelle fglrx-Treiber unterstützt nur Chips ab dem Radeon 9500. Ferner frage ich mich, was ein Torrent mit einem Porno drin damit zu tun haben soll -.-

Vielleicht erklären sie ja in Babewatch 5 wie man die Treiber installiert.

Da ich den noch nicht gesehen, möchte ich da keine voreiligen Schlußfolgerungen ziehen.............
