Firefox - Installation bricht ab

Hallo,

hab erst seit kurzem FBSD 6.1 mit KDE 3.5.1 und wollte Firefox 1.5.0.4 installieren, jdoch bricht die Installation mit folgender Fehlermeldung ab:

Requested 'glib-2.0 >= 2.9.3' but version of GLib is 2.8.6
Requested 'gmodule-no-export-2.0 >= 2.9.3' but version of GModule is 2.8.6
Requested 'gthread-2.0 >= 2.9.3' but version of GThread is 2.8.6

installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables MODULES_XML_CFLAGS
and MODULES_XML_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.

Bin etwas verwirrt, denn ich hab ja KDE und nicht Gnome. Weiß jemand weiter?

Hattest du schon nen Ports update gemacht?
Firefox basiert auf gtk und noch einigen andere imho (u.a.) Gnome libs, daher diese Meldung von Gnome

Du könntest die Ports mal mit nem cvsup updaten und dann nochmal schauen ob der Port nun baut.

Danke für die schnelle Antwort, bin aber erst jetzt wieder am heimischen Rechner. cvsup habe ich kurz vor der Installation und eben noch einmal durchgeführt. Ich finde nur glib 2.8.6 in den ports.

Dann stimmt bei dir was nicht. 2.10.3 ist drin.

Hast Recht. Ich habe nur per "make search name=glib" geschaut was alles da ist und dort steht unter /usr/ports/devel/glib20 glib-2.8.6_1. Im file distinfo steht mir auch glib-2.10.3

Denk aber dran, wenn du die glib updatest dauert das sicher länger. Da is ja so ziemlich alles von abhängig.
