A short guide to Gentoo/FreeBSD

After this short introduction, it's about time to finally install Gentoo/FreeBSD. Unfortunately, we currently lack our own installation media, so it's necessary to use a FreeBSD CD for the process. Luckily, like Gentoo, FreeBSD has excellent documentation, so don't despair if you have never tinkered with BSD before. You might even find the installation easier than Gentoo's. Please consult the FreeBSD Handbook for more information.

Laut dem aktuellen GDP Status Update ist das Projekt "Gentoo/FreeBSD" auf
dem richtigen Weg und die Dokumentation nimmt an Umfang zu.

Hat eigentlich schonmal jemand hier im Forum probiert Gentoo/FreeBSD zu
installieren?

Jup, das war aber nicht so das wahre, es gab viele Kompilierfehler, allerdings ist das schon ein halbes Jahr her, vielleicht hat sich inzwischen etwas getan

Ich habe mich 2-3 mal an eine Stage1 Install von Gentoo gewagt

Immer kam es zu irgendeinen dummen Fehler insofern wurde das nie was

Bin wahrscheinlich zu blöd das selbst mit dem handbuch zu schaffen

Asche über mein Haupt bin sogar dazu nich fähig sorry
